Asankragwa NMTC”SRC President” Calls On Government And Relevant Stakeholders Over Infrastructure Deficits.

The School Representative Council – SRC President For Asangkragwa Nursing And Midwifery Training College “ANMTC”, VICTOR AFEDZI, has called the government and relevant stakeholders for support to address challenges the College faces currently.

‎The ANMTC, located in the Amenfi West District of the Western Region, was established in January 2009 to train a sufficient number of qualified healthcare professionals to meet the demand for high-quality care in the area and beyond.

‎Speaking to our Western Regional Reporter Benjamin Bray, the SRC President disclosed that both male hostel facilities among others, are not in good condition, citing the difficulties the students pass through

‎VICTOR AFEDZI noted that they are being trained to become health professionals where they might not get good accommodation and other things to better their education making it difficult to do the work.

‎Citing the challenges faced by the school and its students, they call on the government and relevant stakeholders for immediate support.

‎KWAMAOH AKU HANNAH NHYIRA, – in charge of Hostels at the Asankragwa NMTC in an interview Hinted That they are having smaller hostels with overcrowded students, hence the urgent need to call on the government and relevant stakeholders for support.

‎The In-Charge Of Hotels At The Asangkragwa Nursing and Midwifery Training College stated that the students and the entire school are facing water scarcity.

‎She further said the students both male and female have no option but to go outside the school premises before they get access to water for their daily activities in the school.
