Over 2000 People Turn Homeless After Fire Destruction Grips Afful Nkwanta.

A devastating fire has ravaged Afful Nkwanta in the Ashanti Region, leaving over 300 stores destroyed and approximately 2,000 people homeless.
The fire, which broke out this dawn, was brought under control by the Ghana National Fire Service.
The fire, which started at around 4:30am pm, was finally extinguished at 8:20 am, with reinforcements from nearby fire stations assisting in the efforts.
Fortunately, no casualties have been reported, but the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
The affected residents, are appealing for support from the government and individuals to help them recover from the disaster.

The incident has raised concerns about fire safety in densely populated areas with wooden structures.
