Ghanaians Back NRSA’s Ban On Toyota Voxy For Commercial Use.

Many Ghanaians, particularly in the Ashanti Region, are supporting the National Road Safety Authority’s (NRSA) declaration that using Toyota Voxy vehicles for commercial transport is illegal.

The move is seen as a step to curb the rising number of accidents involving these vehicles, which have been linked to several fatal crashes in recent times.

Ghanaians say the Voxy’s involvement in fatal accidents has become alarming, and the ban is necessary to ensure public safety.

“The car wasn’t meant for commercial use, so anyone using it for that purpose should face the law,” one resident said.

Others are calling for stricter enforcement of traffic laws to prevent misuse of vehicles.

The NRSA’s decision has been welcomed by many, who hope it will reduce accidents and promote safer transportation practices. “It’s a good move, but they should also look at other vehicles being misused,” said another resident.

Some also revealed that, NRSA should reconsider it’s decision because it’s creating more jobs opportunities for the youth.
