Stop The Lies, No Contract Has Been Awarded To Us”.. Agyare Real Estate Denies Claims Of GH¢47 Million 24-Hour Economy Market Contract.

Agyare Real Estate and Construction Limited has strongly denied allegations that it has been awarded a GH¢47 million contract under the government’s 24-hour economy market initiative, describing the claims as false and misleading.

The denial follows comments made by the Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Dr. Richard Kofi Asiedu, during an appearance on Onua TV. Dr. Asiedu claimed that the Kasoa NDC Constituency Chairman, Mr. Stephen Ofosu Agyare, through Agyare Real Estate and Construction Limited, had secured a GH¢47 million 24-hour economy market contract despite publicly suggesting otherwise.

Responding to the allegations, the company’s Head of Marketing and Public Relations Officer, Mr. Daniel Takyi, dismissed the claims, insisting that neither Agyare Real Estate and Construction Limited nor Mr. Stephen Ofosu Agyare had been awarded the contract in question.

Mr. Takyi clarified that the contract was awarded to Brison Construction Company Limited and not Agyare Real Estate and Construction Limited.

He urged the NDC Central Regional Chairman to refrain from making what he described as false statements concerning the Kasoa NDC Constituency Chairman and the company.

“Agyare Real Estate and Construction Limited has not received any GH¢47 million contract under the 24-hour economy initiative. The public should disregard the claims, as they are entirely untrue,” Mr. Takyi stated.
