Christmas Festivities Bantama M.P Feeds Over 250 Widows And Widowers

The Member of Parliament for Bantama and Former Minister for Roads and Highways, Hon. Francis Asenso Boakye has supported over 250 widows and widowers with bags of rice, creates of egg, cooking oils, etc.

In an extraordinary display of compassion, generosity, and servant leadership, Hon. Francis Asenso-Boakye, the visionary and dynamic Member of Parliament for Bantama, once again proved why he is celebrated not just in his constituency but across Ghana as a beacon of hope, a champion of the people, and a paragon of integrity.

In his annual Christmas outreach, the MP personally engaged with widows in Bantama, distributing essential food items and offering heartfelt words of encouragement.

His actions went beyond mere charity; they were a testament to his unyielding commitment to humanity, his deep empathy, and his faith-driven leadership.

“This initiative is very close to my heart. I was raised by my mother, who was a widow, and that experience has given me a deep appreciation for the strength, resilience, and sacrifices widows make every day,” Hon. Asenso-Boakye shared, his words resonating with authenticity and compassion.
Known widely as a guardian of the vulnerable, a tireless advocate for social justice, and a servant-leader of unmatched dedication, he reminded the community that caring for widows is not only a moral imperative but also a reflection of true faith, quoting James 1:27: “Caring for widows is a true expression of our faith.”

The M.P then reaffirmed his support to them not only in festive seasons but in all times.
