Ashanti Region Says No To Suame Interchange Reduction To 3-Tier Interchange Instead Of 4tier

Drivers and pedestrians in Ashanti Region are up in arms over the government’s decision to scale down the Suame Interchange project from a 4-tier to a 3-tier design.

“This won’t solve our traffic problems,” said one frustrated driver. “The NPP government promised us a 4-tier interchange, and that’s what we want.”

Many are questioning the government’s priorities, citing the heavy traffic congestion in the area.

“If they can’t do the 4-tier, they should just do the 3-tier properly,” said another protester.

“We don’t want half-baked solutions.”

The government’s decision has sparked concerns that it’s prioritizing cost-cutting over the people’s needs.

As one pedestrian put it, “If the money isn’t ready for the 4-tier, just do the 3-tier and get it done.”
