Man Arrested For Killing 45 Yrs Old Woman After Raping Her In The Bush At Gomoa Potsin.

A Man in his late 45 has been arrested at Gomoa Dominase Onion market for allegedly killing a woman in her 50’s at Gomoa Potsin in the Gomoa East District of the Central region.

According to sources, the suspect raped and attacked the victim in a bush and pressed her neck to death after struggling with her.

Report says, the victim, whose name was given as Habibah sells cow milk and she went to the farm early in the morning today and was attacked by the suspect.

Report further revealed that, the suspect attacked the victim, struggled with her and broke her neck after raping her mercilessly and left her under a tree in the bush.

Report says, before the attack, the victim suspected the suspect and called her son that someone want to harm her but the suspect attacked her while she was in the phone speaking to the son.

The son after the mother dropped the call organized the boys to rescue the mother but on they are way they met the suspect whose part of his body was stained with blood and he denied of killing the woman when he was approached.

Later, the guys found out he has killed the woman and they searched for his whereabout where he was caught at the onion market.

In the process of beaten him, the police swiftly rescued him and he has been sent to the kasoa Central East Regional Police command.
