Grave Robbers Desecrate Elderly Woman’s Body In Mampong.

Grave robbers have struck in Mampong, stealing the corpse of an 85-year-old woman and returning it without her head.

The shocking incident has left the community in outrage and grief. The elderly woman, a respected queen mother of the local Frafra community, was buried just a year ago, and her family was preparing to commemorate the first anniversary of her passing.

The perpetrators broke into the coffin, removed the body, and left it without the head, sparking fears that it was taken for ritual purposes.

The police have launched an investigation into the disturbing incident, and the body has been reburied under official supervision.

The community is calling for justice, with residents describing the act as spiritually disturbing and culturally offensive.
