Two Siblings Stabbed To Death Over Wrongfully Identification At Sefwi Boako.

Two brothers, Yaw Clinton, 23, and Kofi Nsowa, 19, have been stabbed to death at Sefwi Akrofu, near Sefwi Boako in the Sefwi Wiawso Municipality of the Western North Region. The alleged perpetrator is identified as a young man from Sankore.
Confirming the incident to Kofi Gyabaah Prof of Adehyie FM Bibiani And ABN Reporter WNR, the Assemblyman for Sefwi Boako, Thomas Nsia, popularly known as “Pogba,” explained that the suspect mistakenly identified Yaw Clinton as a man who had allegedly travelled to Sankore to pick up his girlfriend for a wake-keeping at Akrofu.
According to him, the suspect had been informed by peers that an unidentified man had gone to Sankore in a green Pragyia to take his girlfriend to Akrofu.
Acting on this information, the suspect, together with a group, travelled from Sankore to Akrofu in search of the said individual.
Meanwhile, the actual person involved reportedly got wind of the situation and fled the town with the lady before the suspect’s arrival.
Upon reaching Akrofu, the suspect allegedly spotted Yaw Clinton riding a green Pragyia and, believing he was the individual in question, confronted him.
The Assemblyman indicated that the suspect, armed with a knife concealed under a long-sleeved shirt, attacked Clinton and stabbed him multiple times until he collapsed.
Kofi Nsowa, the younger brother of the victim, rushed to intervene after witnessing the attack. In the process, he attempted to restrain the suspect but was also stabbed multiple times and fell to the ground.
The suspect reportedly fled the scene back to Sankore after the incident.
Both victims were rushed to the Boako Clinic but were pronounced dead on arrival.
The case has since been reported to the police, who have commenced investigations to apprehend the suspect.
