Economic Hardship Dents Boyfriends’ Christmas Spending – Street Ladies In Twifo Praso Lament

The festive season has arrived, but for some women in the Twifo Atti Morkwa district of the central region, Christmas won’t be as joyful as they had anticipated.

They have openly expressed their concerns about the economic hardship affecting their boyfriends’ ability to purchase gifts this Christmas.

Comparing last year’s celebrations to this year’s, they noted a significant decline in the quality and quantity of gifts received.

According to these women, their boyfriends are struggling to make ends meet due to the current economic downturn, which has severely impacted their disposable income.

According them in an interwiew with Rich FM and Angel FM_TV Correspondent, Shadrack Owusu Asante, the economic hardship has taken a toll on relationships, as boyfriends struggle to meet expectations.

The inability to afford gifts has led to disappointment and frustration among both partners.

Couples are being forced to re-evaluate their priorities and make sacrifices.
