Improved Education Chief Together With Youth Renovates Basic School At Kwahu Koranteng

The Municipal Assembly Basic School (M/A Basic School) block at Mampong Koranteng near kwahu praso in the Kwahu South Municipality of the Eastern Region has received a faced lift to improve the quality of education for their wards in the community.

The school block which was build by the government is serving 12 adjoining communities has educated several students of high profile personalities in the country but has since yet not received renovations and painting of the school block.

The situation according to the Chief of the area, Nana Yaw Ofori is a heart worrying situation to him and other opinion leaders in the community.

The project which involves a huge amount of money in focus initiated by a community Offering were able to paint an old painting of the school block.

Speaking with angel news, Oheneba siaw he said as a community the onus lies on them to contribute their quota to the development of the community and also assist government in building up the nation.

On his part, the Chairman of Mampong Koranteng Youth Association Mr. Yaw Marfo urge all youth groups in various towns and communities to emulate what they have done to help in building up the nation and communities as well.
