G/R GNAPS Petition Chraj Over 30 Percent Priority Placement System

The Ghana National Association of Private School together with Ghana National Council of Private School has called On ministry of Education for the Abolishment of the Obnoxious 30 Percent Priority Placement system for Private School.

Speaking at the Media Engagement today in Accra President of Ghana National Association of Private School’s Professor Damasus Tuursong said 30 Percent Priority Placement system for Private School is discriminatory Government system Against Category A.

Admission exclusively for BECE graduates in private Schools, this Discrimination is Violation Against Children’s Rights, he further Stated that Most students in Private School’s has better higher Past Mark suffer Unduly Waiting for school Placement, this has put Psychological stress on most of Students after Recently BECE Exams,
GNAPS petition CHRAJ Against the 30 Percent Priority Placement system.

National Executive director Director for GNACOPS Obenfo Nana Kwasi Gyatua Highlighted the need for government to give Equal Opportunities to both Public and private Schools to enrol on free Senior high school Placement system.
