Ghana Launches Passenger Complaints Portal To Protect Air Travelers.

Together with the Minister for Transport, Joseph Bukari Nikpe, and the Deputy Minister for Transport, Hon. Dorcas Toffey Affo, we joined the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) to launch the Passenger Complaints Portal (PCP) during the commemoration of World Consumer Rights Day 2026, under the theme “Safe Skies, Confident Passengers.”
The digital platform provides air passengers with an accessible avenue to report complaints and seek redress when they encounter challenges during their travel.
This initiative reinforces the government’s commitment to protecting passenger rights, strengthening accountability, and building trust in Ghana’s aviation sector.
As the government works to position Ghana as West Africa’s preferred aviation hub under the leadership of His Excellency, President John Dramani Mahama, collaboration among regulators, airlines, and service providers will remain key to ensuring safe skies, confident passengers, and improved service delivery.
