Agona Swedru Youth Stage Solidarity Walk For Abu Trica.

Over two hundred youth in Agona Swedru in the Agona West Municipality of the Central Region have embarked on a solidarity walk in support of their colleague, Fredrick Kumi, popularly known as Abu Trica.
The peaceful march saw the youth moving through some principal streets of the town, holding placards and chanting messages to demonstrate their support for Abu Trica.
Speaking to Angel TV reporter Nana Kojo Asare, some of the youth appealed to the President of the Republic, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, to intervene in the reported extradition process of Abu Trica to the United States of America.
According to them, they believe the matter should be reconsidered, and they are therefore calling for his release.
The youth emphasized that their demonstration was aimed at drawing national attention to the issue and expressing their solidarity with their colleague during what they described as a difficult moment for him and his family.
They further urged authorities and relevant stakeholders to ensure that justice is served while considering the concerns raised by the youth of Agona Swedru.
The solidarity walk ended peacefully with the youth reaffirming their support for Fredrick Kumi, also known as Abu Trica.
