Angry Customers Protest Against F.K.A Company For Failing To Provide Them Their Land After 19 Years.

Angry customers of F.K.A Company Limited have protesting against the company’s Managing Director, Frederick Kofi Asare, accusing him of failing to hand over land they bought nearly 19 years ago.
The customers say they purchased the land in Danchira in the Ga South Municipality of the Greater Accra Region in 2007 and After making full payment, they alleged that, their lands have been developed by different developers.
If we will recall, Angel news reported that, Tensions escalated on May 6, 2026, when police officers and the private developer moved into Domeabra and Danchira to demolish structures on the disputed land after getting ruling from the supreme Court.
During the exercise, a 19-year-old Senior High School student was shot by police officers in the stomach and was rushed to University of Ghana Medical Centre
The Domeabra Stool and Danchira elders described the exercise as unlawful, stating the case is still before the courts with a hearing set for June 2026.
Addressing a press conference, the customers are now demanding their land from the company and calling on the President, the Chief Justice, and security agencies to intervene and protect their investments.
Meanwhile Director of F.K.A Company Limited, Fredrick Kofi Asare ,maintains it has secured court judgments affirming ownership and is only enforcing those rulings.
He said, the are giving the president and IGP to address the issue else they will demonstrate nakedly in front of Jubilee House.
