Nana Akua Caught Dressed As Ghost While Stealing Dead Friend’s Clothes At Agric.

Residents of Agric in the Kwadaso Municipality of the Ashanti Region were thrown into shock after a woman identified as Nana Akua was caught breaking into her dead friend’s room while dressed as a ghost.

The incident occurred in the evening when neighbors noticed movement in the room of a woman who died a few weeks ago.

When they entered, they found Nana Akua, a close friend of the deceased, wearing a white cloth over her head and body. She was attempting to remove the deceased’s clothes from her wardrobe.

According to eyewitnesses, Nana Akua told residents that her late friend’s ghost had been disturbing her at night. She said she visited a fetish priest who told her the only way to stop the hauntings was to take the dead woman’s clothes for a ritual.

Residents rejected her explanation and raised an alarm, which attracted a crowd.

The suspect was later handed over to the Kwadaso Police for questioning. Police say they are investigating the matter to establish her motive and whether she was working with anyone else.

Family members of the deceased described the act as disrespectful and disturbing. They said the late woman was only 31 years old and had been on good terms with Nana Akua before her death.

They are now demanding that the police ensure full investigations are done.
