A Young Boy,12yrs Has Been Killed And Dumped In The Afram River At Kotoso – Zekorpe.

On Saturday 27th June,2026 at 11pm in the evening, there was another tragedy which occurred involving a young boy of aged eleven (11) years called Shadrack Aglebe being found dead in the Afram River the next day Sunday at 7am morning.

Speaking with the father of the deceased, they were watching football match when there was light out and they have to get out from the center in order to wait for the light but to no avail.

The young boy got missing while they were waiting for the light, and the father further added that he noticed that his child was not with him.

He then informed the Community Police about the situation, and they helped in mounting a search but to no avail that night to the next.

According to the father, they later got information that one of the boys’ sandals was found, and a follow-up made them found his trousers in the bush but still couldn’t find his body.

While they were still searching for the boy, they got information from fishermen that they saw the deceased body in the river.

According to the parents and family members, they are in great pains and fear about the current situation in the kotoso.

They also plead with the security services and all stakeholders to help stop this menace as it is increasing and lost of young life.

The body of the deceased has been sent to morgue by the police for further investigations.

These current situations happening at Kotoso in the Kwahu East District must be awake-upp called to the various security agencies to get rid of those involved before any further child mysterious death and disappearance.

This is the third time such is happiness in the month of June,2026.

To add to that fear have taken over the entire kotoso and its nearby village due to recent occurrence.
