Kwahu East Advances Infrastructure Development; 60% Of Projects Completed.

The Kwahu East District Assembly says it is making steady progress in its infrastructure development agenda, with 31 projects currently underway across the district. District Chief Executive Samuel Asamoah disclosed this during an inspection tour of ongoing projects.

The Kwahu East District Chief Executive, Samuel Asamoah, has inspected a number of ongoing development projects aimed at improving access to basic services across the district.

According to the DCE, the Assembly has initiated 31 projects since the current administration took office, with about 60 percent already completed.

He said the projects span key sectors including education, healthcare, water supply, market infrastructure, and sanitation, all geared towards improving the welfare of residents and promoting socio-economic development.

The Kwahu East District Education Directorate commended the government and the District Assembly for prioritizing educational infrastructure, describing the projects as a significant boost to teaching and learning.

The Director however, appealed for the provision of additional school furniture to help address shortages and create a more conducive learning environment for students.
