Man In His 60s Found Dead After Two Days Unnoticed In Kwashiman.

A man believed to be in his early 60s has been found dead in his room at Kwashiman in the Greater Accra Region, after reportedly passing away unnoticed for about two days.

The deceased, identified as Emmanuel Oblitey Odametey, is said to have been living in a compound house where co-tenants only became aware of the situation following a strong odor emanating from his room.

A family member who had been taking care of him during a recent illness said she was herself unwell and therefore unable to visit him in the days leading up to the incident.

Speaking to Angel News, the Assembly Member for the area, Grace Ennin, confirmed the incident, explaining that the police have been notified and the assembly has taken steps to fumigate both the room and the house.
