25 Year Old Man Sentenced To 10 Years For Defiling Four Year Old Girl At Awutu Adawukwa.

Kasoa Ofaakor Circuit Court Presided over by her Ladyship Nana Asantewaa Attakorah has sentenced a 25 years -old man, Stephen Kweku Darko to 10 sentenced imprisonment for defiling 4 year old girl at Awutu Adawukwa in the Awutu Senya District of the Central Region.

The suspect was arrested by the Awutu Bawjaiase District Police command led Asp Godwin Nornoo after parents lodge a complaint.

Prosecutor says, the suspect lives with the victim in the same vicinity at Awutu Adawukwa.

Police says on May 9th 2026 , the suspect called the small girl to come and take toffee and after the girl enters his room, the suspect grabbed the little girl and defiled her and after the incident, the girl informed her parents leading to his arrest.

During the proceedings, the suspect pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 10 years.
