Wasa Adiembra,40 Year Old Man Killed And Body Dump At Roadside.

On 6th July,2026at about 12 40pm, one Osman Sadick, aged 39years ,a resident of Wasa Adiembra in the Amenfi East Municipality of the western region reported that, one Kwame aged about 40years had been found dead beside Wasa Japa -Ayanfuri main road.

The police together with the media, Municipal Environmental Health officials, and Medical officer Dr. Prince Yaw Asante of Wasa Akropong government hospital proceeded to the scene of the incident with the complainant at Wasa Adiembra where pointed out the lifeless body of the decease Kwame aged about 40years lying in a supine position beside the road, fumigation was carried out.

Inspection of the body was found wearing a pink Lacoste shirt and green shorts .

The body was in total State of decomposition, with flies covering the entire body.

The mouth region had completely decomposed, the skin of the head-scalp had peeled off.

The body was carefully inspected but no visible marks of assault to suspect foul play.

The District Police Command was informed accordingly.

A post-mortem examination was conducted by the medical officer, Dr Prince Yaw Asante of Wasa Akropong government hospital, after it was identified to him by Osman Sadick,a unit Committee member of Wasa Adiembra,in the presence of police.Meanwhile the medical officer promised to provide a written report in due course.

The District Police Command therefore directed that the body be released to the unit Committee members of Wasa Adiembra and decease family for immediate burial.Photograph of the body was taken for evidential purposes.
