Bad Attitude: Chop Bar Operators Take Over New Amasaman Interchange.

The newly constructed Amasaman Interchange is gradually being turned into a chop bar hub by some Ghanaians, a development that has raised serious concerns.
Investigative journalist Van Brown, who spotted the ongoing activities at the interchange, says food vendors have mounted structures and are cooking and selling right around the interchange, despite the area being a major road infrastructure.
According to him, the act is a bad attitude that could damage the beauty and purpose of the project and cause sanitation and safety problems.
Van Brown is, therefore, calling on authorities, including the Ga West Municipal Assembly and the Roads Department, to act quickly and stop the activities before it gets out of hand.
He says if immediate steps are not taken, the place could become an eyesore just like other interchanges in the country.
