Assin Wurakese-Nkukuasa Chief Allegedly Abducted By Unknown Armed Men

Nana Professor Okogyeaman Dankwa Ameyaw Kokroko II, a prominent Chief of Assin Wurakese-Nkukuasa, has reportedly been abducted by 3 unknown armed men.

The incident occurred in the early hours of this morning at his residence in Assin Wurakese, located within the Assin Fosu Municipality.

Eyewitnesses allege that the abductors were dressed in military camouflage and arrived in a white puck-up vehicle with registration number GN-833-24.

They forcefully took Nana Kokroko II away to an unknown location.

The motive behind the abduction remains unclear, and authorities have yet to issue an official statement.

Residents are in shock, and some have begun calling on the Ghana Police Service and the military to intervene swiftly and bring clarity to the situation.
