Jealous Husband Who Shot Wife Over Infidelity Allegation Commits Suicide At Assin North

A 41-year-old man, Wahibu Bukari, who allegedly shot his wife in August this year over suspicions of infidelity, has reportedly committed suicide at Assin Anum in the Assin North District of the Central Region.

Reports reaching the Rich FM News Desk indicate that Bukari left home without informing anyone.

His eldest son, upon returning from school around 4 PM, heard a strange noise coming from one of the rooms. Rushing in, he discovered his father lying unresponsive, with foam suspected to be poison coming from his mouth, and the room in disarray.

The boy quickly raised an alarm for support, and community elders quickly organized and rushed him to the hospital, but he was pronounced dead shortly after arrival.

Although the exact motive for the suicide is still unknown, some community members suspect he may have been battling an underlying illness, possibly contributing to his mental and emotional instability.
