42-year-old Farmer Cuts Off His Manhood In Attempted Suicide At Aworowa.

A 42-year-old Cocoa farmer, identified as Kofi Assum alias Oga has left residents of Aworowa in the Techiman North District of the Bono East Region in shock after reportedly cutting off his manhood in an attempted suicide.

According to the report, the victim, who also works as a basket weaver, allegedly used a sharp cuttlas to sever his penis before being discovered in a pool of blood by passers-by.

Residents who rushed to the scene quickly intervened and transported him to a nearby health facility for emergency medical care.

He is still alive and currently on admission at the Techiman Holy Family Catholic Teaching Hospital as doctors have managed to stitch the pieces together.
