Tragedy On Accra-Kumasi Highway: Tomato Truck Burns, Three Killed.

A tragic accident occurred last night 6th May, 2026 around 2 am at Akyem Anyinasin on the Accra-Kumasi Highway, involving a truck carrying tomato traders.

According to eyewitnesses, three occupants, including the driver, were burnt, leaving only one lady trader as a survivor.

The cause of the accident is still unknown, with investigations likely underway.

Unfortunately, accidents on this highway are not uncommon, with recent incidents reported near Anyinam and Enyiresi.
