Kumasi High Court 7, presided by His Lordship Justice Frederick Tetteh, has reclaimed a judgment in the defamation case between Mohammed Ridwanu of Alpha Radio Yussif Abdul Ganiyu Zuria FM.

Unfortunately for Ridwanu, the plaintiff, the judgment ruled that he failed to establish his case.
