Two Jailed 4 Yrs Into Prisons Custody For Exhuming The Body Of 10 Yrs Old Boy At Awutu Adawukwa

Kasoa Ofankor circuit court presided over by her worship Linda Amissah has jailed two suspect who exhumed the body of 10yrs old boy at Awutu Adawukwa cemetery in the Awutu Senya West District

The two suspects have been sent to nsawam prisons to serve their 4yrs jail sentence.

The unfortunate incident came to light when the suspect were cought by some Okada riders at Ashalaja when transporting the body to Amasaman in the mid night.

The two suspects, Fofo Agboyeme and Kwame Agboyeme confirmed to the court that they exhumed the body of James Ajoyemeh to build a shrine at Amasaman which they will use for rituals.

If we recall, Angel news reported a month ago that, body of 10yrs old boy has been exhumed by aforementioned names at Awutu Adawukwa cemetery for rituals.

The Assemblyman of Awutu Adawukwa electoral area, Hon. Emmanuel Osei has confirmed that, the two suspect had been jailed 4yrs by Ofankor circuit court into Nsawam prisons after they found guilty.

He said, the body has been handed over back to the parents of the deceased which they have transported to their hometown, Volta region for another burial.
