Bad Roads Amasaman – Nsawam Stretch Becomes Death Trap For Drivers, Passengers.

The Amasaman – Nsawam road is giving road users sleepless nights as deep potholes and eroded sections turn every trip into a struggle.
Heavy rains in recent days have worsened the bad nature of the road.
What used to be small holes are now wide craters filled with muddy water.
Rivers of runoff now cut across lanes, forcing drivers to swerve dangerously and passengers to wade through water.
According to them said, cars are breaking down, passengers are getting drenched, and we spend more on repairs than we make.
Passengers say travel time has doubled. Some vehicles get stuck for hours, while others refuse to ply the route when it rains.
Frustration users are now calling directly on the contractor handling the road to at least fill in the holes as a temporary fix while permanent work is done.
They say the current state is not only damaging vehicles but also threatening lives.
