High Court Dismisses Contempt Case Against Ajumako Traditional Leaders.

The High Court in Agona Swedru presided by Justice Felix Datsumor has dismissed a contempt application filed against the Nananom of the Gomoa Ajumako Traditional Council and the Odikro of Gomoa Aboso over the installation of Gomoa Aboso Chief in the Gomoa Central District.
Speaking with Nana Okatakyi Idan Opirim IX the Spokesperson for the Traditional council and Odikro of Gomoa Jukwa,the ruling brings an end to the contempt proceedings that had been brought before the court against the traditional leaders.
Following the court’s decision, the Odikro of Gomoa Aboso expressed his appreciation to the elders of the Gomoa Ajumako Traditional Council and the Omanhene, Obrempong Nyanful Krampah XI, for their support and solidarity throughout the legal process.
He also reaffirmed his commitment to working together with the traditional council to promote peace, unity, and development within the Gomoa Ajumako Traditional Area.
