Western Region 10 Alleged Occultists Held Hostage At Nkotompo After Dropping Coffin Into Sea

Tension erupted at Nkotompo, a fishing community in the Sekondi-Takoradi Metropolis of the Western Region, when residents held hostage a group of young men suspected to be engaged in occult practices.

The incident occurred after the group, numbering about ten, allegedly dropped a coffin wrapped in a sack into the sea.

Eyewitnesses claimed the men, who arrived in expensive vehicles, were seen carrying a suspicious object to the shore before immersing it in the water, sparking fear and anger among residents.
