Awutu Nananom Cry For Good Roads, Portable Water And Other Social Amenties

Nananom of Awutu state in the central region have appealed for good roads, portable water and other social amenities to improve the standard of leaving of the people.

Speaking at Awubia festival Durbar held in Awutu bereku, the chairman for 2025 Awubia festival, Nai Ampem Darko Tetteh said, Awutu is battling with development and government must intervene and give Awutu the Fair share of the national cake.

He said, Awutu State struggle with water scarcity, with some resorting to fetching from personal boreholes and good roads making life unbearable for them.

He has therefore appeal to Member of Parliament, Hon. Gizzela Tetteh Agbutui, DCE, and government to intervene and give the Awutu Communities far share of the national cake.

Meanwhile, the member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West Constituency, Hon. Gizzella Agbutui Tetteh assured nananom that NDC government has good plans for Awutu state and she will provide them with everything that they need.
