Dce Charges Nanaom To Be Agent Of Development As Five Communities Get Boreholes

The District Chief Executive for Gomoa West, Hon. Mohammed Alahji Kassim has charged traditional rulers to be agent of development in their various communities.
According to the Dce, there has been water crises in the district for months now due to the galamsey activities which has affected and destroyed the Kwanyarko water works and it took only on chief to provide seven boreholes in five communities in the area.
Hon. Mohammed praised the traditional leader Nana Kwasi Okye-ahene Essel for supporting development in the district adding that the assembly planned to drill 10 boreholes but Nana Easel alone has given seven Boreholes to five communities.
The DCE was speaking to the media when the Gyaasehene of Gomoa Wassa Nana Kwasi Okye-ahene Essel commissioned and hands over seven boreholes to five communities in Gomoa West District yesterday
On the other hand, the Gyaasehene for Gomoa Wassa Nana Kwasi Okye-ahene Essel also spoke with the media after the handing over.
