Petrol Tanker Explode, Chop Bar Others Five Shops Burnt Into Ashes At Potsin Junction.

A Petrol Tanker has accidentally exploded and in the process burnt a chop bar and three houses at Gomoa Potsin Junction on the Kasoa- Winneba Highway of the Central Region.

Eyewitness says, the Tanker Driver was driving from Kasoa to Winneba Direction and upon reaching Potsin Junction the driver slipped on the shoulders of the road leading to the explosion.

In an interview with Angel News eyewitness revealed that, immediately the tanker felldown, the tanker containing the petrol remove from the head rolled twice before explosion took place.

He said, the fire enters the chop bar burnt the chop bar and five other shops.

Meanwhile the chop bar operator uncle Ebo says, all his properties have been burnt to ashes and where to sleep gas become a major challenge.

Furthermore Assembly man for Gomoa Potsin Electoral Area Ebenezer Adams also the chop bar and others houses could have been saved if Winneba and Buduburam fire tenders were working.

He said when the called, Winneba Fire and Buduburam fire officers they sold them their tenders are not working.
