Community Police Officer Attacked by Wanted Suspect in Ajumako Bisease.

A community police assistant officer, Yaw, was reportedly attacked and injured yesterday evening in Ajumako Bisease while attempting to apprehend a suspect who was involved in an altercation with another individual .

The suspect, who was already on the wanted list at the Ajumako Bisease police station, allegedly pulled a knife from his pocket and used it to stab the officer before fleeing the scene.

According to eyewitness Uncle Benn a leader of Guardians Angels of Ajumako Bisease accounts,that the incident occurred when Officer Yaw heard a commotion and rushed to the scene to intervene in a fight between the suspect and another community member As Yaw attempted to arrest the wanted individual, the suspect produced a knife and attacked the officer Following the assault, the suspect escaped, and Officer Yaw was transported to Ajumako Bisease hospital for treatment. He is reported to be recovering

He then advise community leaders to come together as one people and urge individuals to be United as one.

The search for the suspect is still ongoing.
