New Akwatia Npp Chairman Calls For Unity To Re-capture Seat.

The newly elected New Patriotic Party (NPP) Constituency Chairman for Akwatia, Daniel Nyame, popularly known as Dannyame, has rallied party supporters to unite and work tirelessly to recapture the constituency’s parliamentary seat.

Speaking with Angel News Reporter Van Brown and team, he and the newly elected constituency executives were sworn into office in Akwatia last Saturday, Mr. Nyame said unity, discipline and teamwork would be crucial to returning the seat to the NPP.

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Akwatia Constituency has elected a new team of constituency executives to lead the party ahead of the 2028 general elections. Daniel Kofi Nyame was elected Constituency Chairman with 593 votes, while Buhari Tamimu won the Secretary position with 519 votes.

Desmond Owusu Smith secured the Assistant Secretary position with 389 votes, Isaac Ampomah Acquah was elected Youth Organizer with 591 votes, Mary Appiah won the Women Organizer position with 543 votes, and Kwadwo Owusu Aduome was elected Organizer with 409 votes.

Speaking after he and the newly elected executives were sworn into office in Akwatia, the newly elected Constituency Chairman, Daniel Nyame, popularly known as “Dannyame,” called on party supporters to unite and work tirelessly to reclaim the constituency’s parliamentary seat.

He stressed that unity, discipline, and teamwork would be crucial to returning the seat to the NPP and urged party members to set aside their differences, remain committed to the party’s vision, and work together to secure victory in the next parliamentary election.

Mr. Nyame said the newly elected constituency executives would embark on a reconciliation process to unite both the unsuccessful polling station and constituency executive aspirants.

He emphasized that with unity, discipline, and dedication, the party could successfully reclaim the Akwatia parliamentary seat from the National Democratic Congress (NDC).
