Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah Donates Truckload Of Food Items To Support Constituents During Ramadan.

The Member of Parliament for Salaga-South Constituency, Hajia Zuwera Mohammed Ibrahimah, has made an additional donation of assorted food items to support her constituents as they observe the holy month of Ramadan.

On Friday, February 28, 2026, the MP presented a truckload of essential Ramadan food supplies to benefit families across the municipality.

The items were officially received by the Municipal Chief Executive, Kassim Yazid Rabiu, and the Constituency Chairman, Haruna Abdul Aziz, popularly known as Chairman Abotsi, for onward distribution to various communities and beneficiaries.

The donation comprised 157 bags of 50kg rice, 25 bags of 25kg sugar, 35 bags of 50kg sugar, 20 cartons of St. Louis sugar, 50 cartons of edible cooking oil, 50 cartons of mackerel, 20 cartons of Milo, 37 cartons of Lipton tea, and 20 cartons of evaporated milk.

The initiative is aimed at easing the burden on families during Ramadan and ensuring that more households are able to break their fast in dignity and comfort.
