One Dead, Another In Critical Condition After Cutlass Clash Between Fulani Herdsmen.

A 35-year-old Fulani herdsman, Abdul Rahman, has died, while another is in critical condition and a third suspect is on the run following a violent confrontation between them at Gomoa Kweikrom in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.

According to reports, the incident occurred after a heated argument between the individuals.

During the altercation, one of them allegedly pulled out a cutlass and fatally attacked Abdul Rahman.

In retaliation, another person also attacked the assailant with a cutlass, leaving him in critical condition.

Reports further indicate that a third suspect fled the scene upon the arrival of the police.

The injured victim has since been rushed to the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital for treatment.

Police at Gomoa Ojobi have confirmed the incident and have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the confrontation.

In an interview with Joseph Egyir a resident, stated that one suspect died on the spot, another is in critical condition, and the third suspect escaped before the police arrived.

Meanwhile, the suspect remains at large.
