NPP Lost The 2024 Elections Because Of Bawumia– Former Deputy Finance Minister Clarifies

Hon. Kweku Ricketts Hagan, representing the Cape Coast South Constituency in the Central Region, has illuminated the recent factors that contributed to the ruling party’s defeat in the recently concluded 2024 general election.

The Former Deputy Finance Minister, who served under former President John Mahama in 2012, asserted that the ruling party’s defeat was attributed to Vice President Dr. Bawumia.

He retained his seat in the 2024 election, becoming a member of parliament for the fourth time in the history of the constituency elections.

He assured the people of the region that president elect would address the neglect of the Komenda Sugar Factory by the Npp government.
