Caring For The Needy And The Aged Government Urged To Give Maximum Attention

Government have been urged to give a maximum attention in terms of financial support to the aged and the needy people in the country.

A philanthropist, Mr. Samuel Appiah, made this plea to the when he donated assorted items to the needy and the aged people within the length and breadth of Kwabre East Municipal in the Ashanti Region.

He presented or donated the items to them in their respective communities.

Some items he donated included; bags of rice, cartons of milk and Milo, numerous pieces of cloth which amounted to Gh¢80,000 to over 600 needy and the ageagedl

He therefore urged the government to give maximum attention to the need of the less privileged in the country.

Nana Appiah as affectionately called also urged other well-to-do individuals to follow suit in order to put smiles on the faces of such people.
