Captain Kojo Smart Cuts Sod For New KG Block At Gomoa Asempayin.

Children at the Kindergarten (KG) school in Gomoa Asempayin in the Gomoa West District of the Central Region have been studying under trees for several years due to the lack of a proper classroom block.

The community, which is the hometown of the Member of Parliament for Gomoa West, Hon. Richard Gyan Mensah, has long appealed for a suitable learning environment for its young pupils.

In response to the challenge, parliamentary aspirant Captain Kojo Smart has cut the sod for the construction of a modern Kindergarten block to provide a safe and conducive learning environment for the children.

According to Captain Kojo Smart, the project is aimed at ending the practice of children studying under trees while improving access to quality early childhood education in the community.

Residents and parents have welcomed the initiative, expressing hope that the project will be completed on schedule to bring relief to both pupils and teachers.
