Amenfi Central Electricirty Challenges — Development Above Politics.

The Assembly Members, former Assembly Members, constituency and community leaders to discuss and document the electricity challenges across Amenfi Central — including faulty and inadequate transformers, damaged meters, ECG-related issues, unstable electricity supply, communities without reliable power, extension of electricity to underserved areas and other challenges concerning electricity and energy.

I particularly commend Hon. Gyenfi Emmanuel, NPP Assembly Member for Kwaku Boah, who has consistently followed up on the electricity problems affecting his people.
He raised the matter several months ago, followed up two months ago, again last month, and came personally with his team today.

That is good leadership — putting your people before politics.

The delegation included Hon. Gyenfi Emmanuel, Hon. Mathias Coffie, Hon. Richard Angsokpieg, Hon. Enock Kwaw Sekyim, Hon. Adowah Stephen and Hon. Kwame Ashie, together with former Assembly Members and constituency leaders Hon. Anita Lafone and Hon. Daniel Appiah, popularly known as Chairman Daniel.

DEVELOPMENT HAS NO POLITICAL COLOUR.
Electricity, transformers, meters, ECG services, roads, schools, healthcare and development are not NDC or NPP — they are for everybody.
The good news is that we have been working on the electricity and energy problems across Amenfi Central for approximately three months. Our DCE, Hon. Peter Amposah, my office as Member of Parliament, the NDC Constituency and Branch structures, Assembly Members and community leaders, together with the relevant Energy and ECG authorities, have been working and following up on these challenges.

With the commitment and assurance of His Excellency the President and the Hon. Minister for Energy, we are working hard and remain hopeful that before the end of this month, or God willing by the end of August, we will begin seeing solutions to these electricity and transformer challenges.
We will keep working until our people see results.

I am the Member of Parliament for EVERYBODY in Amenfi Central — not only NDC. Whether you are NDC, NPP, another political party or have no political affiliation, my doors are open to you.
I am here for our farmers, market women, businesspeople, drivers, teachers, nurses, students, youth, artisans, workers, traditional and religious leaders, elderly people and every family and community in Amenfi Central.

If your community has an electricity, transformer, meter, ECG, road, school, healthcare or any other genuine development problem, walk to me, speak to my team or speak to your Assembly Member.
We will listen, follow up and work hard for solutions.

Let us put politics aside. Let us work hard together with Joana Gyan Cudjoe and support the people of Amenfi Central.
ONE AMENFI CENTRAL • ONE PEOPLE • ONE FUTURE

Our President is Resetting Ghana. We are Building the Ghana We Want. Amenfi Central is moving forward — TOGETHER!
