Residents Refuse Unknown Dead Body Burial At Santasi Apire New Site Community

Residents of Santasi Apire New Site Community in the Kwadaso Constituency of the Ashanti Region are refusing to allow the burial of an unknown 7-year-old body on their land.

The body was brought from Accra, and the landowner wants to bury it without consulting the community’s chiefs and authorities.

The residents are concerned because the proposed burial site is near a water body, which could pose health risks.

They’re also suspicious that the burial might be for ritual purposes.

Angel  News  Reporter  Bismark  Mensah  n an interview with some of the residents in the area, they disclosed that, the community has a place allocated for burials.

He revealed that, they are keeping eyes on site so that, they will not come and bury it in the night.
