Hawa Koomso Congratulates Bawumia After Beating Kennedy Agyapong With 341 Votes Different

The former member of Parliament for Awutu Senya East Constituency and Bawumia Campaign Coordinator Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson has led the campaign team to made a comeback by beaten Kennedy Agyapong in the presidential primaries with 341 votes different.

Dr. Alahji Bawumia has beaten Kennedy Agyapong with 341votes different in Kasoa comparing to 2023 elections where Kennedy won with 33 votes different.

Dr. Bawumia has declared winner after he gain 794 votes, Kennedy 454 votes, Bryan Acheampong 119 votes, Dr. Adutwum, 8 and Kobena Agyapong 0 with 5 rejected votes out of 1, 380 votes cast in Awutu Senya East Constituency.

In an interview with Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson, Campaign Coordinator for Bawumia and former MP for Awutu Senya East Constituency has expressed her joy after beaten Kennedy Agyapong with 341 votes differents.

Hon. Mavis Hawa Koomson has said, in 2023, Bawumia lost the election to Kennedy in kasoa because of her busy schedule as MP and also a Minister which prevented her campaign as campaign coordinator.

She said, the party would now focuses on winning the general elections with Dr. Bawumia in 2028.
