We Need No Outsider To Hold The Office Of The NHIS – Ejisu NDC Taskforce.

The Ejisu NDC taskforce who locked up the office of the Ejisu municipal Health Insurance Authority manager’s office have disclosed that they need someone from Ejisu to be the manager and not an outsider.

Yesterday, some aggrieved supporters of the National Democratic Congress have locked up the district office of the National Health Insurance Authority at Ejisu, protesting what they describe as the neglect of party loyalists in government appointments.

This follows the appointment of former PRO for the NHIA at Effiduase, Alex Nimako as new Manager for the Ejisu-Juaben office.

The supporters reportedly stormed the premises of the NHIA and locked the facility, temporarily disrupting operations.

They claim that individuals who worked tirelessly for the party ahead of the 2024 elections have been overlooked in the distribution of government positions.

Shaibu Sani who lead the taskforce to barricade the manager said they someone from Ejisu to be the NHIS manager not outsiders
