Minister Advocates For Quality Education As She Empowers 100 Tertiary Students With Scholarship Packages.

Deputy minister for Works and Housing who doubles as MP for Awutu Senya West Hon. Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui has extended financial support to 100 tertiary students from the constituency to assist them with their education.
According to the MP, the beneficiaries must remain focused on their studies, stressing that education remains the foundation for a successful future.
In her address, Hon. Gizella Tetteh advised the students to remain disciplined, obedient, and respectful while continuing to focus on their academic goals.
She also encouraged them to assist their parents during school vacations.
She noted that although she previously supported 50 students annually, the number has been increased to 100 this year, with plans to expand the initiative to support between 150 and 200 students in the coming years.
Hon. Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui was speaking to Angel news when she presented scholarship packages to 100 tertiary students in the constituency at Awutu Bawjiase today.
The District Chief Executive for Awutu Senya West, Kalala Nyamekye Eghan, commended the traditional authorities for their continuous support towards the development of the area.
He also informed the students that the government will soon open its scholarship application portal and encouraged them to apply.
Some of the beneficiaries have expressed appreciation to the MP for the initiative and advised the students to work hard, support their parents, and make the most of the opportunity offered to them.
