Mfantseman Npp Chairman Dismisses Rumours Of Chaos In Electoral Area And Co-Ordinator Elections.

The Chairman of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) in the Mfantseman Constituency, Mr. Nathaniel Owusu, has dismissed rumours suggesting that the ongoing Electoral Area and Coordinator Elections are being marred by confusion and irregularities.
According to him, the elections have been conducted peacefully, orderly, and successfully across the constituency.
He urged the public and party supporters to disregard claims of chaos and alleged unfair practices being circulated about the exercise.
Speaking on the matter, the Mfantseman NPP Constituency Organizer, Mr. Emmanuel Prince Ando-Can, explained that some party executives and members may not have fully understood the new rules and regulations governing the elections at the polling station and Electoral Area levels.
He assured members that the party leadership would intensify education on the new guidelines to ensure a better understanding of the electoral process. Mr. Ando-Can further emphasized that internal party issues should be addressed through the appropriate party structures rather than being discussed on radio platforms.
Also commenting on the elections, Mr. Benjamin Kobena Abekah, popularly known as “Nyameba Rapture,” who is deputy organizer in the constituency stated that there was nothing suspicious or unfair about the process.
He noted that the party had purchased nomination forms for all polling station executives to enable them to participate in the elections.
He therefore appealed to all party members to remain calm, united, and committed to maintaining peace before, during, and after the elections.
End.
