Hon. George Kofi Arthur Declares Bid For NDC Western Regional Chairmanship.

Hon. George Kofi Arthur, former Member of Parliament for Amenfi Central, has officially declared his intention to contest for the position of Western Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress. He seeks to succeed Nana Kojo Toku in the role.
OUTLINING HIS VISION,
Hon. Arthur said his mission is to move the party from addition to multiplication by strengthening structures, boosting unity, and ending all forms of discrimination within the NDC in the Western Region.
He pledged to empower women, youth, polling station agents, and vulnerable groups, with special focus on pioneer NDC elders who laid the foundation of the party.
*ABOUT HON. GEORGE KOFI ARTHUR*
Hon. Arthur served as MP for Amenfi Central from 2005 to 2017. A teacher, engineer, and construction expert by profession, he held key parliamentary roles during his tenure and is known for his strong grassroots ties.
He hails from Wassa Agona Amenfi in the Western Region.
Supporters describe him as “the youth’s investor” and a bridge between party executives and the grassroots. He says he is poised to drive the NDC forward in the West.
