Aduaben Residents Appeal To Otumfuo Over Alleged Intimidation By Queen Mother.

Residents of Aduaben in the Ashanti Region are appealing to the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, to intervene over what they describe as acts of intimidation by their Queen Mother, Nana Ama Gyefa.

According to the residents, Nana Ama Gyefa has been tormenting them with landguards.

Speaking to Angel Tv News reporter, Bismark Mensah, the residents bitterly complained that they cannot go to their farms or even put up buildings.

They also alleged that the queen mother and some few elders have been destroying and grading down their buildings, claiming that those residents did not buy their lands from the right person.

The residents, however, insist that they bought their lands from her predecessor.

They are therefore calling on Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to intervene quickly to bring peace to the community.

On her part, the former assembly woman for Aduaben electoral area, Hon. Yaa Boatemaa, urged Otumfuo for his swift intervention for the situation escalates to an unwanted level.
